Jesus teaches in John 10:10 that we have an enemy that has come to steal, kill and destroy, but Jesus has come that we might have abundant life. Simple disobedience as outlined in Galatians 5:19-21 opens the door to the enemy's access in our lives. When we turn away from sin and walk in truth we will see the evidence by the fruit of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control.
